What Are You Shaping with Your Lips?

Lips. Mouth. Tongue.  Have you ever considered the power of your lips, mouth, and tongue?  The Bible addresses all three and tells us to use them wisely. Why is it important for moms to consider what our lips, tongue, and mouth are doing? The words we shape with our lips often shape our lives and our children’s lives. *Shape, “Maybe we never should have gotten married,” and the shape of your life may be vastly different from what you intended. *Shape with your lips, “I need You, LORD,” and you’ll find heavenly help on the way. 5 Lessons Learned in the Emergency Room

Last week was the 3rd time we had to take our baby to the ER since January 1st.  Never have we been to the ER so many times with one child. Poor little Charlie,  he has had a very sick winter with RSV, stomach bug, respiratory infection and whatever else a baby can catch this time of year. Be Careful Little Eyes What You See

Do movie reviews influence your decision about the movies you watch or whether you will go see them in the theater or wait until they are released on DVD? My husband and I do both. There are some movies we go see without reading the review because the movie’s trailer draws us is. What about when it comes to taking the kids to movies? If my husband and I are …

True Love or a Fairy Tale?

This isn’t part of Cinderella’s happily ever after… …or in any other fairy tale I’ve read.  The prince and princess who  overcome every obstacle,  finally swept together in rapturous “love”, then wham.  Every force available in the kingdom seems to shove them apart. His once stately shoulders sag under the burden of his workplace and striving to be a husband and father. Once surrounded in glass …
