When the Idea of Mentoring Makes You Cringe

Even though I’ve spent years mentoring teenagers and younger women, along with writing how to simplify the whole mentoring process, I still have my moments when the mentor word makes me want to cringe. I wonder if my investment of time is really worth it. I question if I am doing it just-the-right-way. How To Find A Mentor

Over the years I have received letters, and have heard young women express, that they have a hard time finding older women who will take the time to spend time/mentor them. I understand where these women are coming from. For years I was in that very situation.
